How we can close the gaps? Developing a massive action plan, maybe even combining both business and personal goals to make them a reality

This program can take anything between 3 hours to a day depending on your requirements to set up.

Program 2 : Achieve significant Growth - This program is indivdually designed for businesses that are committed to achieving significant growth in the next 12 months. It includes:
• Up to three, one-hour strategy implementation and goal-setting sessions by phone, and one personal visit monthly
• Up to ten hours per month dedicated to marketing, systems, logistics, team recruitment, leadership skills and personal/professional development
• Up to two, four-hour workshops or training seminars during the initial six months of the program for you and the team on selling, communication skills, team building, customer service or a topic of your choice
• On going support via email or phone

Business Empowerment - This progam includes:
• Up to six, one-hour strategy implementation and goal-setting session by phone, each week
Six hours per month dedicated to marketing, systems, logistics, team recruitment, leadership skills and personal/professional development

Program for new Businesses - This program is designed for businesses which have recently started and can benefit from guidance on how to set and reach realistic goals, or for existing companies needing regular direction and motivation. You will learn the strategies essential to reaching your goals.
The Building a Solid Base program includes:
• Four, 1/2-hour strategy implementation and goal-setting sessions by phone, monthly
• Up to two hours per month dedicated to marketing, systems, logistics, team recruitment, leadership skills and personal/professional development
• This program is also recommended as a follow-up for business owners who have completed 12 months of one-on-one coaching.
